In order to diagnose your computer problems accurately, we need to spend some time troubleshooting the issue, finding replacement parts etc.
You will only be charged this diagnostic fee if you choose not to have your computer repaired.
On-Site / Free Pick-Up Diagnostic Fee - $75.00
Drop Off / Remote (by appt) Diagnostic Fee - $65.00
Our standard charges for computer repair are $75.00/hour (minimum 1 hour) plus parts. If we cannot fix the issue, you will not pay anything. After assessing your system we will provide you with an estimate for the total repair cost including parts and labor. If it takes more time to complete the repair, you will not be charged for the extra labor.
We do not charge for any travel fee for on-site or pickup service within our primary coverage area. Please see our
