Remote Support Instructions
In order to connect to your computer over the Internet, we use a customized business version of a remote control software called Teamviewer. This software allows us to initiate a secure connection to your computer with your permission. It works with all operating systems including Windows 7 and Mac OS X.
In order to start the process, you will need to download the remote support client. Please select the Windows Download or MAC Download.
Once you click the above download link, you will be presented with a window similar to this: Please click RUN.
If you prefer you can save the file to your desktop instead. If you do this you will not have to download the software again in the future if you need support from us.
Once the download completes, you will be presented with another window similar to this: Please click RUN again.
The software is now installed and you are ready for us to connect into your system. Please provide the support technician your ID and Password via email or phone. The ID and Password are only valid until you close the Teamviewer window. Nobody will be able to connect to your computer without your express permission.
