Q:  How fast can you service my computer?
 
A:
  Whenever possible we try to complete our work by the next day. Some issues do take a little longer to resolve if parts are required to complete the repair. 
  
 Q:  What is your coverage area for on-site and pick up services?
 
A:
  We serve the greater Chicagoland area and you can view a detailed coverage map by clicking here
  
Q:
  Do you provide any discount for multiple services?
 
A:
  Yes we do!  Many of our services including hardware and software installation, printer setup etc. are discounted up to 50% if we are on-site performing another service such as a Computer Tune-Up or Setup.
     
Q:
  Will I get a discount for a customer referral?
 
A:
  Absolutely!  If you refer a customer and they use our services, you will receive a 10% discount* on your next service call.  
 
Q:
  Where are you located?
 
A:
  We are located in North Aurora.  We do have a location where you can pickup and drop off computers by appointment only.  Most of our customers take advantage of our free pickup/dropoff service.
  

Q:  Do you offer a warranty?
 
A:
  We do offer a 30 day warranty on all of our services with the exception of our Virus, Adware and Malware Removal service.

 
Q:
  Why do you compare some of your prices to the Geeks?  Are they a major competitor to your company?
 
A:
  The Geeks are a much larger company than us but they cannot offer you extremely qualified technicians and outstanding customer service on a regular basis. Our prices beat the Geeks by up to 50%!  Based on their price and hit or miss service, we see them as more of a "referral service"  than a direct competitor.  We are proud to provide service to many former Geek customers.
